Yesterday afternoon all of the kids and adults on our street were entertained by 2 peacocks that were roaming the area. I have no idea where they came from (the zoo??), but it was quite a treat to watch them walk about and fly. Then some older boys came out with a butterfly net and attempted to catch one of them… and they flew away.
