This is our backyard as of this morning! It has snowed 8-10 inches and some of the snow banks are taller than Scott. Craziness. The weatherman predicts that it won’t get below freezing until Wednesday at the earliest… so it looks like we’ll be having a white Christmas again this year. The one photo of Jaden was taken yesterday afternoon.

And here are some photos from our Christmas party! We had 8 people brave the snow covered streets to get to our house last night… and we had a great time together. One of our friends from Denton, who is in town visiting family in Silverton, even drove up for the party. We ate some yummy food, had a White Elephant gift exchange and sang Christmas carols.

And that brings us to this morning. Jaden is sick with his annual headache and fever. He’s bummed not to be able to play in the snow – but what a great time to be sick since we can’t get out of our driveway anyway! We are going to enjoy a movie day together, but not until after I go make up a batch of goot.

What a snow storm! WOW! Hope you tied a rope around Jaden so he didn’t get lost – lol. Poor Jaden, I hope he is feeling better soon. It’s no fun to be sick, especially at Christmas. Give him a kiss from Aunt Kathy & tell him I love him.
