It’s about time a film made it into the theaters that will actually show some of the realities of the so-called “food” being offered to us these days. I’m so excited about this!!! Really interesting. I am firmly convinced many of my stomach problems are caused by the preservatives, and who know what else, in food, and even the preparation of food.

You probably already know but this movie gained momentum from the book “Omnivore’s Dilemma” by Michael Pollan. The book is a good read and incredibly informative. I think you would enjoy it.
