Kitchen safety

My father-in-law sent this video to me today and so I thought I’d pass it on to you.  It very clearly demonstrates how to safely put out a fire on the stovetop.  I’ve had a pan catch on fire before – fortunately I knew better than to toss water on it.  But I did move the pan and that’s a big no-no.
