One of the many things that I love about schooling the boys at home is that we can take a vacation whenever we want – even if it’s only 2 weeks after school starts!! And that’s just what we did this past week. My in-laws flew in from Texas and we all headed over to Sunriver, Oregon. Imagine miles and miles of bike trails, an awesome playground, lakes and rivers, horse stables, a nature center and observatory, and even a hot tub out on our back deck. We all went on a canoe ride – took a break half way to splash in the very cool water.
The boys played Barrel of Monkeys for the first time and loved it. Jaden is a pro!
We had a wonderful time with our grandchilddren and we learned alot.
