On New Year’s Day, Scott took the boys sledding with some friends. They both loved it and said they had just as much fun as when they went skiing. Sledding is free. :) We are pleased.

Here are some shots that we took at the State Fair back in September… and I’m just now getting around to posting them! Portland hit a record breaking high this week - 107 degrees. That is hot! Many Portlanders, including us, left the city and headed out to the coast, where it was at least 20 degrees cooler. I’ve never seen the beach that crowded before!! The boys had a great time finding seashells, catching fish and playing [...] The past few days have been nice and sunny here in Portland, so we’ve been spending quite a bit of time outdoors. The kids have been riding their bikes, searching for bugs, climbing trees, jumping on the trampoline, playing at the park… and riding our neighbor’s quad! It was a first for them [...] Last weekend was the boy’s joint birthday party. Thanks to the Andersons, we were able to hold the festivities at the Skate warehouse and it was a huge success!!
