Our entire family went with Fermin to the zoo yesterday. It was a lot of walking, so we rented a wheelchair for me which helped my knee tremendously! Here are some photos of a pair of eagles, a bear, a giraffe and a leopard. And here’s some photos of the boys petting a [...] Scott took Fermin, Jaden and Jonah to see their first professional baseball game this past weekend. They all enjoyed it very much! Fermin has enjoyed lots of trampoline time with the boys. Today Itor, another Basque student, spent part of the day with our family. We went to a local swimming pool, ate enchiladas at a Mexican restaurant and went to a movie. [...] Five pictures are worth a thousand words… The boys and I drove out to Newport yesterday to meet my aunt for a fun-filled day at the coast. (Ouch – the price of gas is ridiculous! 3 hours there and 3 hours back really hurts the pocketbook.) My aunt owns a condo that overlooks the bay – the view is just gorgeous! [...] |
