Portland hit a record breaking high this week - 107 degrees. That is hot! Many Portlanders, including us, left the city and headed out to the coast, where it was at least 20 degrees cooler. I’ve never seen the beach that crowded before!! The boys had a great time finding seashells, catching fish and playing [...] This morning, Jonah was trying out some new breakdancing moves on the trampoline. Jaden went out back to join him and soon after Jonah came inside all upset because Jaden said that he wasn’t doing it right. Last Friday was our homeschool co-op’s field day. The boys participated in many different events including the long jump, jump roping, hula hooping, a sack race, a bean bag toss, a relay race, etc. Ribbons were awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. The kids all had a blast and the weather was absolutely beautiful!! Jaden is not going to Peru next month. We have a lot going on right now, so it’s probably for the better!
