			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My father-in-law sent this <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wux85VAnChg" rel="shadowbox[post-501];player=swf;width=640;height=385;">video</a> to me today and so I thought I&#8217;d pass it on to you.  It very clearly demonstrates how to safely put out a fire on the stovetop.  I&#8217;ve had a pan catch on fire before &#8211; fortunately I knew better than to toss water on it.  But I did move the pan and that&#8217;s a big no-no.</p>
