There is this awesome new couple (fellow-Texans!!) who have started coming to the Fairview Market this season. The husband dresses up as Buzz Light Year and makes balloon animals for the kids. The wife dresses up as a Fairy Princess and does face painting for the kids. Last Thursday, the boys brought their own [...] I was accepted into the GFM for the 2008/2009 season! I had tried to get into this market mid-season last year but they weren’t accepting new vendors at that time. Anyhow, now I’ll be at both the Fairview Market on Thursdays from 4-8pm and at the Gresham Market on Saturdays from 8:30-2:00. Happy October! This time of year has now become my favorite time of year. Here in Oregon, the leaves change colors, fall off of the trees and crunch under your feet. The days are cool and when the sun is shining, it’s just gorgeous. It’s scarf weather…boot weather.
