Canning apples and pearsAnna

Last weekend, the boys and I went to my parent’s house while Scott was out of town for a conference.  While there, we picked bags and bags worth of apples and pears from their trees which they gave us to bring home.  So, this week we have been busily peeling, slicing and canning both cinnamon applesauce and cinnamon pearsauce.  And it’s so easy to do!!

    Your apples and pears all cooked and bottled look yummy.  I can’t see how you do all you do. You are an A-1 wife and mom. I loved talking to the boys. Since their voices have changed some from the tiny little kid’s sound I can catch much more of what they say. I hope the steroid shot helped your knee.
