Shipping Policy We strive to charge actual shipping costs based on weight and destination zip code. JCnaturals has accounts with USPS, UPS, and Fedex which enabling the carriers to provide real-time shipping quotes based on the selected product(s). Though the system defaults to the least expensive method of shipping, customers may elect alternate shipping options at a greater expense. All shipping quotes include insurance to be provided via the selected carrier. When an order has been confirmed, JCnaturals will ship the item(s) within 1-3 days of receipt.
Return Policy If a JCnaturals product is defective, return it to JCnaturals along with the original packaging and documentation. After receiving the returned item(s), JCnaturals will issue a credit of the original purchase amount including return shipping (credit/debit card, store credit, or exchange).
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase at your expense, in unopened, unused condition and we will issue a credit of the original purchase amount less a 15% restocking fee (credit/debit card, store credit, or exchange).
If the item(s) received were damaged in transit, a claim must be filed with the carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex).
