Welcome to JCnaturals: pure, safe, and chemical-free bath, body, and household products. All our homemade products are hand crafted by me (Anna) in our home in small batches to ensure a quality product: soap bars, shaving soaps, shampoo bars, lotion bars, lip balm, body balm, laundry soap, hand sanitizer, and children's glycerites (herbal medicines). All JCnaturals products contain no artificial dyes, fragrances, or preservatives, only the finest in locally purchased natural ingredients and pure essential oils.
You can browse/purchase products from our online catalog or purchase locally from the JCnaturals booth: Thursday from 4pm-8pm at the Fairview Farmer's and Artist Market (map) or Saturday from 8:30am-2pm at the Gresham Farmer's Market (map). Anna was recently interviewed at the Gresham Farmer's Market by a budding young high school journalist and was featured in a newspaper article.
JCnaturals was birthed when our son, Jaden, was diagnosed with a disorder within the Austism Spectrum called Asperger's Syndrome (Jaden's Story). In researching ASD, we discovered a link between ASD and the chemicals found in foods and household products (Our Brochure); therefore, we removed chemicals from our home, made dietary changes, adjusted our purchasing habits, and learned to make chemical-free alternatives. Others began using the soaps, lip balms, lotion bars, etc... that I was making and suggested that I begin selling them at local Farmer's Markets. Thus, JCnaturals was born.
We understand the need for products that are safe for those with ASD, those who are chemically sensitive, or those who prefer pure, natural products. Therefore, all our homemade products have been accepted by the Feingold Association and are gluten, casein, and corn free. The codes F1, F2, FA, or FB (in the product descriptions) mean the product has been accepted for Stage 1 or Stage 2 of the Feingold Program (F1/F2) or in the Feingold Natural Fragrance Guide (FA/FB). Each of these codes is searchable in the Advanced Search box.
